COGCC Hearing Day 1
Please join us Monday, March 11th or Tuesday, March 12th at the next Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) public hearing to keep the pressure on the COGCC and most importantly to demonstrate to our legislators and the COGCC that we are paying close attention to the issue of fracking in Colorado – and we continue to demand meaningful action to more adequately protect public health and safety in our state.
What: Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) Hearing
When: Monday, March 11th and/or Tuesday, March 12th, 9-11am; Arrive by 8:30 to ensure you get a seat.
Where: COGCC offices: The Chancery Building, 1120 Lincoln St., Suite 801, Denver, CO 80203
Why: Tuesday’s hearing is a court-ordered forced pooling hearing, which is the first time that the COGCC is allowing health and safety concerns to be addressed formally during a forced pooling hearing. If you’ve been force pooled, please attend this hearing and share your experiences and concerns.
